Strategic Policy Development


Led a government agency's development of its' electronic signature policy for loan programs up to $5M. The project required developing controls to reduce the likelihood of fraud to ensure the integrity of the loan underwriting process. The policy is aligned with authentication and attribution security requirements. The policy also addresses oversight responsibilities to ensure compliance with Federal requirements.

Security Management


IMCG managed the security certification process for a commercial cloud computing service provider’s data center implementation. Using SCRUM, IMCG managed remote technical team members to complete NIST 800-53 requirements.


Innovation Management


Supported a coffee house defining innovative strategies to offer high quality coffee in an over saturated market. After reviewing the landscape of the coffee industry, a market strategy to offer the product at high end retail stores was defined and implemented. The project required defining a financial analysis for implementing the strategy within the companies ROI requirements for projects.

Organizational Management


IMCG reviewed an agency's organizational issues that drove attrition rates to be higher than normal. IMCG performed due diligence on the talent management process to identify weaknesses in the recruitment and onboarding processes. The recruitment and onboarding processes were redefined to improve engagement of new hires and lower attrition rates.




Reporting directly to C-level executives, led oversight for modernization efforts of a loan system that manages a $100+ billion loan portfolio that must meet loan accounting, enterprise architecture (financial management segment), and Office of Management and Budget requirements.

Independent Verification & Validation


Performed surveillance of a $3 billion financial management solution. Led monthly performance reviews to recommend strategic corrective actions to ensure successful implementation.
